My Ontology~

• Be humble.
• The shamanic worlds and the normal world exist side by side. I have the ability to travel within all of them.
• All beings have souls both the inanimate and animate. These souls need to be respected, honored and loved.
• Every action I take in my life, however, small will affect others in some way. I need to be responsible for my actions.
• I must try to take only what I need to survive. The animals and plants I take to nourish me should be honored and thanked for their sacrifice.
• I must be grateful for my life and honor my ancestors and all my relations.
